So yesterday was the most CRAZY day ever! If I had to fit one more thing into my schedule, I think I was going scream. When Jennie was my next door neighbor it seems like she always had a busy schedule and constantly running around. I remember thinking that I would never be that busy. :) Boy was I wrong! Yes I know, I brought it on myself...please don't remind me.
Here's how my crazy day went.
7:30 AM - I had to be at Mimi's Cafe for a free breakfast they were having for the Principals and PTA presidents to explain how their program works. Let me just say that they are an AMAZING company and they give an unbelievable amount back to the community and schools! They pretty much give you want you want (food wise) when you need it. Incredible! Talk to your PTA President and let them know about them. Oh, and if you have kids in school and you haven't joined your PTA -- DO IT!!!
9:00 AM - Girl's has swimming lessons. 1 more day, yay!
10:30 AM - Had my 6th grade babysitter (they are the only ones that aren't in school yet) to come back so I could go Visiting Teaching.
11:30 AM - Went to Farmington with Jen G. for a Heritage Makers Party -- Went out of niceness and free food. :) Wasn't impressed with their product. I guess for someone who already knows Photoshop, everything else looks cheap and too expensive. :)
1:30 PM - Finally was able to come home to lay Ellie down for a nap. I didn't get much of a break since I was working on PTA stuff for my meeting today.
4:00 PM - Caitlin had dance class in Kaysville. It's out of my way and no stores close by, but we can't stay and watch. So we ran to Sam's club to buy laundry detergent and peanut butter. Barely made it back to pick her up.
5:30 PM - Had cereal for dinner -- that's all we had time for.
6:15 PM - Ashlan had Tae Kwon Do pictures.
7:30 PM - Ran to Macey's to get Brownie ingredients. One of my board members birthdays was today, so I decided to go the cheaper route and make something instead of paying $15 for a cake. Was my time worth it?
8:00 PM- Cleaned the messy house before Ken came home from his business trip.
I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. I NEVER want another day like that again!

Hi Brindy - I have been peaking in on your blog (I love it by the way!); I noticed the link on Jennie's. What a crazy day! I hope tommorrow you can enjoy a jammie day or at least have an hour to yourself! It's fun to see what you are up to, and to see how grown up your girls are getting. Thanks for sharing!
Ps: I love all your digital scraping. You have motivated me to get going on mine again!
Brindy, what do you mean I had a crazy life. :) (I know.... i was out of control at times) But now look at me.... no calling, no PTA board position. I'm telling you, ya just gotta move! j/k Now I just have 4 kids, laundry, life, kids lessons and J's therapy etc. I don't feel less busy just a different kind of busy. You are doing great though. You are an amazing mom, PTA gal, church gal etc. You are the best!
