I've been meaning to post something ever since the 4th of July. I started working on my pictures and just never found the time to finish them. It's not like we've been going out everyday to do stuff (it's too dang hot), I just can't find the time or the energy to sit here and do it. Maybe I'm so far behind that I'm a little overwhelemed. The past 2 weeks I've been busy trying to get an Enrichment activity planned before our trip on Sunday. The activity is taking place the day after we get back and I need everything to be organized and taken care of so I won't stress about it while we're gone.
So the trip Ken and I are taking is to HAWAII (Oahu). We are really excited (more so when we actually get there). I really haven't planned anything besides our plane tickets and a place to stay. I still need to arrange for a rental car. I think we're going to hang out on the beach and decide day by day what our plans are. Ken isn't a huge planner and he hates being on schedules...so this is more of a relaxing trip and if we go out and find stuff to do, great! I'm mostly excited that I won't have girls running around whining, fighting, and torturing each other. Thanks to my family for taking Ashlan and Ellie and Ken's parents for taking Caitlin -- I hope they don't cause too much trouble for you. I'm looking forward to the quietness to catch up on books, write in my journal, and sleep. :) I might have a little time to post while I'm there -- we'll see. I'll have to post July's pictures when we get back. Have a great week!

I can't wait for you guys to go to Hawaii. You are going to have the best time. You just can't go wrong when there are palm trees, sand, and ocean involved.

Oh I wish I could bask in some me time! You enjoy that trip because you and I both know that those moments for moms can't come often enough:) We love them and we always miss them but man sometimes they drive us crazy! Have fun!

OH my gosh I'm so excited for you guys to go to Hawaii! Clayton and I are planning to go for our 10yr anniversary and I can't wait! You guys will have so much fun, I can't wait to see all your pictures :)
So fun! Hawaii is definitely my very favorite place! Adrian and I might go in November and just take Jett. I hope you guys have such a fun time!!!
